Cream Cheese Flan

Here is a quick and easy flan recipe. This is not a typical flan, but it tastes equally wonderful. Enjoy! 2014-02-027

5 eggs
1 package (8-ounce) of cream cheese
1 sweetened and condensed milk

1. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F.
2. In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until liquefy. 2014-02-023

2. Transfer the mixture into oven safe dish. 2014-02-024

3. Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
4. Let it cool and cut into bite size pieces.2014-02-025

5. Garnish with chocolate sauce and serve! 2014-02-026
