Til ko Ladoo (Sesame seeds ladoo)

Til ko ladoos are sweets made with toasted sesame seeds and jaggery. Traditionally, this ladoo is devoured on Manghe Sankranti. Since it is difficult to find jaggery, I use molasses. Here is a quick and easy recipe. Enjoy!

Would love to try these, how do you make them without a microwave?

If you don’t have a microwave, you can use stove. Roast sesame seeds on frying pan until light brown with constant stirring. In a separate dish, you can melt butter and molasses (over low heat for a minute or two). Turn off stove, add roasted sesame seed, cardamom powder and coconut powder. Mix well and once the mixture cools down, make ladoos. Hope this helps!
